How to tell if you are suffering from dizziness or vertigo
Sometimes people experience some strange sensations and they can’t decide if what they are experiencing is dizziness or vertigo. There is a lot of confusion around the use of these two words so it is understandable that people get in a bit of a muddle; people often use the words to mean the same thing. So what happens when you feel dizzy? As you can see the symptoms of vertigo are a lot more specific than those for just general dizziness. They can be caused by a number of different conditions and causes. It is rarely the sign of anything too serious, but it can cause a lot of disruption in your life and the symptoms may last for a few weeks. The important thing when feeling vertigo is to be safe so it is always best to lie down on the ground so as to prevent falling.
